Import Trade Activity is not working

I'm exporting my sim trades into a file. Then clearing all sim trades via "Clear Trade Simulation Orders&Data". Then importing the trades back from the file and there's absolutely nothing. Tries a few times, restarted Sierra and tried again but no luck.
What could be wrong?

Simulated order fills cannot be currently imported. However, we are adding that capability.
