Charts stop loading after opening 28 chart book

Dear support, when i open more than 28 chart books that stop loading. The memory of the SierraChart.exe is about 2,5GB. Do you know why this happens? Thanks in advance, With kind regards, Maikel |

yes i have some error code 2100 and 2103 and 2104 are the numbers i see with error code |

the symbols are most from the forex market( aud.cad-cash-idealpro and some futures , oil/gold/S&p/nasdaq/estx50/bund/dax. the meaning of above is , i cut down yhe days to load, so siërra is using now 2,7 gb, and the max is 3,9 gb to use. and i have also an other problem now, suddenly all my charts and chartsbooks, you see at the bottom.......in green historical download complete..... all the time it go away, but not now |

There are three things you can do. Use another instance of Sierra Chart to distribute processing load. This is documented here: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time This is going to be much easier in a new version coming out in about three or four weeks from now. Use the Sierra Chart Forex data feed symbols which are listed in File >> Find Symbol >> Forex. For futures, use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed By using the Sierra Chart data feeds, data access will be much faster and reliable.
