I have noticed on the ES 240 and 60 minute charts which I am using that data is missing. Data from 3/14/15 to 9/10/15 is missing on both charts. I also use the daily, weekly and monthly charts and that data is on those charts. I have data settings on all those charts set to "continuous futures contract - Volume Based Rollover." I have reloaded the 60 and 240 minute charts a few times and the data does not show up. I have contacted Infinity, who the data is fed thru, and also Trade Guider, whose software use, and they both had no idea what would cause this issue.
