Good evening in NZ,

My above charts have been frozen since last Monday. My colleague next to me had the same problem which appears to have been resolved for him but mine are still inactive.

Could you kindly assist with this ASAP please

CGCF 6B March is definitely working.


The first thing we want you to do is to select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed.

After this, follow through the instructions in help topic 3:

I've attempted what you suggested however the error message is the same: 'download failed' in a red box.

Guys have a lot on here and would really appreciate if you could sort this out for me please

This issue has now been resolved.

For the record, there was a symbol conflict between the FXCM Cash Forex symbols and the Currenex Forex symbols.

This has been resolved. We also had to perform a Full Reset of the Symbol Settings as explained here:
