Charts load, but don't get live time

When I open Sierra Charts, all my charts open and load the data correctly. However, only my S & P 500 futures charts get streaming data (with I get through Rithmic). My larger time frame charts which are the S & P 500 Index open and load the initial data, but I get no updated information after that. I purchased package 3 data through Sierra Charts on January 30, 2016 and have wasted two weeks trying to get this resolved. Is it as simple as buying the package 5 through Sierra Charts?
