Could you please advise me about my little catastrophe? My custom graphic settings and toolbar setup and related functionality disappeared. For example, previously I would left click on a trend line or any other drawn image and after the line would be highlighted, I would right click and the line would be erased. I don't know what other settings have disappeared and set back to default.

Also, prior to this crash condition, a pre-set group of chartbooks would open automatically when I would log in. Now I have to find them all and open them individually.

Question: Are all of these disappeared settings stored in a file or files that I could easily find and re-activate please? The chartbooks are there, the layout of windows is retained with each chartbook, but the graphics and toolbars are reset. I have a lot of chartbooks open and a lot of windows. I'd like to not have to reset up each and everyone with a toolbar if I can avoid it. Plus the previous collection of tools and the sequence of their layout took a long time to setup.

I have no idea where to look in help to solve this problem or I wouldn't bother you.

Also I have platform version 1307. I've tried to update but the update seems to have failed. I run Windows 7 Pro. Could it be corrupted?

I cleaned out the recycle bin today which might have caused a problem storing the presets. I'm running out of space on my C Drive in case that could be the culprit for any of the problems.

Also I have a separate installation of SierraChart through Infinity Futures but that never seemed to cause me a conflict previously.
(which I haven't used since I began this separate subscription directly with SierraChart for use with Forex data and charting.

Thanks in advance for the advice. (I leaned not to thank you again later to save your email load.)
