(CL.20160300.CME_NY, non-simulated order) I put in ONE short position at around 9:10am pst and as my buy target got filled at around 11:00am pst, another short position was added. I had to use 'flatten and cancel' to get out of all position. I did not use attached order strategy. Is this a problem with the server side? Please advise ASAP. Thank you |

Could you please have a look at the Trade Activity Log? I'm still waiting to hear from the broker. (CL.20160300.CME_NY, non-simulated order, at 11:02 am pst) Service ID: 36E7B7F7-36DB-45DA-9CD1-8A3E514DFA74_0_T This is the order that was put on automatically without my knowledge. I'm new to sierra chart. Is there a some kind of setting that could have caused this? |
