Dear sir, I have a problem with Number of Trades data. In fact as you can see in the first attachment, number of trade results 74 in the Chart Values, instead in the second attachment as u can see in the rectangle box it is plotted about at 300. I' m using tick data as feed and I have just read topic about tick data configuration. Please answer me asap. Thanks and bye. |

You must be looking at the Number of Trades for a different bar compared to the one you have highlighted with the box.

We are not going to struggle with this. Your presentation of the information is not clear enough to see what you are saying. Also, it is a complete impossibility for there to be a problem with apparently what you are trying to present. So there must be some misunderstanding. Yes, we are not understanding. My problem is that Number Of Trades study doesn't correspond with Chart Values number showed. In fact as you can see in the first picture Number of Trade value is 74, instead as you can see in the second picture the correct value is about 300, but I had to draw a box, otherwise you couldn' t saw the correct value of Number of Trade becuase plot would be overshadowed by Chart Values Crosshair. Hope that you understand and please answer me asap. Thx and bye. |

What you are describing is not technically possible and there has never been a known case of this. Increase the spacing between the chart bars so there is at least 50 pixels between them. Attached smaller charts and use this method here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#Image You will need to use Edit >> Screen Images >> Upload Chart with Overlays. We cannot spend further time on this. We need to make it clear this support request is not going to result in any identification of any problem. There is no problem here. You have the chart bar spacing too close together and you are misunderstanding what bar you are actually having the Chart Values tool on. And this was our point when we said we are not going to struggle with this. You cannot possibly expect us to clearly see what you are doing when the bar spacing is so close together.
