I updated to Version 1367 today and am getting the following message in my Log screen, "Array is Unallocated". It seems to me that it is something to do with the vbp study as I created a new clean chart then added only the vbp study to it and got the same "Array is Unallocated" message. Attached is the chartbook that is creating the message.

getting same , even booted SC on me 3 times today , didnt change anything but update to 67

One thing about the array is unallocated messages is that those messages stop after 100 entries.

In any case, this is now released. Update Sierra Chart with Help >> Download Prerelease.

The version number did not change and is still 1368.

mine dosent stop at 100 it keeps running and feezes software and have to close via task manager , and 1368 did not seem to fix it

i opened new chart book , erased old one and opened 1 chart 5 min with 1 day of data and still getting array

nothing has changed from before , all started when i uploaded 1367

anything else i can do ?

Our main concern is the problem with freezing. Are you noticing a freezing problem still? If so, you need to start with a new Chartbook.

It does not make sense you should be encountering this problem if you are using a new Chartbook. And adding studies manually and not using an existing study collection either.

And array is unallocated error is not going to cause a freezing condition.

Actually, there still is a potential drawing issue with the point of control and value area lines with the Volume Price study we need to look into.

But not anything that would cause a freezing problem.

We are releasing version 1369 at this time. It will be out in about 10 minutes. Update with Help >> Download Prerelease.

We have no expectation that if you have a freezing problem that it will make any difference but it does solve a problem with drawing of the volume value area and point of control lines and the new arithmetic mean lines with the Volume by Price study.

still getting array and frozen sierra , new chart , new chart book , is there any way to figure out whats causes this as i cant really do anything without it happening at random ? please help me out here

not sure , seems ok on VP it seems to just happen at random , like before i was just going over the chart left to right and log came on and fired off , i didnt even add or change anything but scroll on bottom , and it locks up sierra to point where it asks me to close or wait for response and then it closes it self and i have to restart it

problem i have is i havent changed anything , so why would it be customs study all the sudden ? never had issue before ver67 , so is there something in the update causing the issue , i would say so .

as far as what studies i would have to go through them as i dont know what chart it does it on as it dosent say , it happens are random

but main studies i use are number bars , VP TPO , vwap , thats it .
