Hi, on my SC DOM trading through IB, the numbers are going ontop of each other and leaving gaps in the depth, see pictureched. I have set "Clear out of order market depth data" to False.

Refer to:
Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Market Depth Data

Not sure it will make any difference but update Sierra Chart to the current version. We do not think this will matter though in this particular case.

The level of problems with Interactive Brokers is insane.

We strongly advise you to do as the documentation says and use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.

We currently subscribe to the SC exchange data feed, is this powering our charts and the DOM, or is IB powering the DOM, how will i determine this?

What SC solution will work 100%, i am considering moving to amp, but really want to continue with SC and the SC DOM, will that solution with CQG trade feed work?

Your account does not have the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed active on it.

The data is coming from Interactive Brokers.

Sierra Chart does support CQG:

Joy and Happiness, I didn't realize the SC data had expired and my dom had defaulted to IB data, all sorted now, thanks.
