Can't connect to GAIN Capital/OEC

HI, please help - I manage to connect to my data trade provider, and although the light stays green, I get no live tick data from GAIN/ Capital /OEC. Sierra probably manages to get some tick data at some point, but today it only manged 15 minutes of data from 7 am to 7.15. Will this be broker issue, or a Sierra issue? Thanks, |
