Scrolling forward not back

Hi I have turned Lock Fill Space off on my charts, and when I attempt to scroll forward, not back, so there is more empty space on the right of my chart, the other charts which are linked and scroll position checked, do not copy this action. However, when I scroll backwards, into the past, they do. Why is this
