Can not connect to rithmic server(I have tried everyone)

I have tried every possible way to connect to rithmic. I have tried everyone of their servers.
I have read everything in the help section.
I have tried every possible configuration.
Every time, every configuration, SC freezes and I have to close it.
I can connect to Sc Data.
This is the log window before I connect.
I can not copy the log window after I try to connect because SC freezes and I have to close it.
Please Help.

This is the most important information:

Every time, every configuration, SC freezes and I have to close it.

We have heard of this before. It is very uncommon but we have heard of a couple of instances of it.

We do not know why this happens and it is not something we will spend any time on because we do not have direct control over this.

My broker is Futurepath.
They said to call SC.
I can log into rithmic and use rtrader
I called Ritmic. They said it had nothing to do with them.
This seems to be a problem with SC.
I want to use your software.

The reason for this problem is very technical and we do not know exactly why it is happening. We would rather you not use Rithmic and consider another trading platform service like CQG.

The problem with Rithmic is that it uses an API component. You can read about the issues with those here:

This is one of the reasons why this problem exists. Although it is a very uncommon problem. We have only heard about it about three times which is quite minimal considering the number of users we have using Rithmic.

We see that Future Path also supports CQG:

Could they set you up on the CQG system? They would need to set you up to use the CQG Web API or CQG FIX.
