went back online but stops periodically and history is missing when trying to refill.

i know you guys are giving your best, but i never had such issues with iqfeed or esignal and those kind of issues are annoying, especially for day traders like myself.

i'd really appreciate if you could try harder to deliver a stable feed.

thanks,
Andreas

there is nothing in the logs, but you can see it in the timestamp, see attached screenshot.

it just stopped ticking while the rest of the symbols went on fine, so there gotta be an isolated issue with ICE i guess..

The problem is with the underlying Barchart data feed. They are aware of this issue and they are in the process of releasing a new data feed which we are integrating to. But this probably is not going to be all ready for about another month.

thanks for letting us know that there's gonna be a change coming. lets hope they manage to stabilize the feed.

1 month is ok with me, as long as there is some progress to be expected.

Yes there will be, Barchart provided us the specifications for their new Open Feed just a couple of days ago and we are working on it.

We have patched the historical data for all of the major ICE futures contracts which were missing data from the date of 2016-02-03 due to this problem.
