Issues downloading IB symbols

I can't download IB symbols anymore. Can only get the last price for fx, and nothing on indices. For indices like $VIX or $SPX the log says my package is not enabled for that, that I need to upgrade. And for FX it is simply trying and failing to download. The only change in my setup is I have added a Rythmic data feed. Put Rithmic symbols in a new instance. Please help. Thanks. For EUR.USD, apparently the Symbol Settings are not correct based upon what we see. Update the Symbol Settings as explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettingsSteps If that does not resolve the problem perform a Full Reset. For the cash indices, those are Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed symbols. Just did a Full Reset. Still not working. Among other things it says "Socket (586) | Shutdown and closed." I can see the current price, and it downloads/plots from the moment I open the symbol (eg 15:15 today), but it does not download any previous data.
