suddenly 4 digits instead of 2, did not change display format in chart settings

I have suddenly 4 digits in Emini and EOE future contract prices at the price scale. As far as I know I didn't change the price display format in chart setting, it still says 2 digits. However, 4 zero's are shown instaed of 2. Please advice, thank you.
