Besides that, I cannot get real time data for CME futures even though I could subscribe to it without a problem. The symbol loads and get historical data feed plot. But it does not update.

Thanks. I just connect to my CQG web api account, and got real time data for CME. But since the main connection is CQG, it cannot find BMF exchange symbols anymore. Should I need to use another SierraChart instance to connect to Sierra Data in order to get the symbols not supported by CQG?

Trying right now, but not working. I can load historical data, but no RT data. Sometimes an "unknow symbol" message appears. Not always. Message Log says "Real-time Intraday chart data file updates started for UMG16 | 2016-02-03 09:10:16 ", but in fact there is no real data being updated. |
