Hello Support, today for the first time i get the following message on my second instance of SierraChart: SC Data - All Services | Connected to server. | 2016-02-01 09:36:25 SC Data - All Services | Sending Encoding Request to server | 2016-02-01 09:36:25 SC Data - All Services | Setting DTC Encoding to Binary VLS | 2016-02-01 09:36:25 SC Data - All Services | Sending logon request message. | 2016-02-01 09:36:25 SC Data - All Services | Server has requested a logoff. Reason: Limited to one connection per username for the requested data source. | 2016-02-01 09:36:25 Socket (46) | Shutdown and closed. | 2016-02-01 09:36:25 however, i have paid for 2 real time data connection. please fix the issue asap, i need the data for my trading. thank you, Andreas |

so, you still need the log? am not sure what the ".. a total of 4" implies. i have 2 instances running, sure, i track some stocks and futures but this is more like a usual usage, no? thanks, Andreas |

We have temporarily resolved the problem now. The connections should be working. There was a software update yesterday which caused this unexpected problem. We are permanently fixing it now.
