Is it possible to hide and show all studies at once from a chart instead of one by one?

No, this is not supported. Unless they are removed from the chart.

Is it possible to hide and show all studies at once from a chart instead of one by one?
Try this:Save a Study Collection of all studies on the chart, then use the Clean Chart study collection to remove all studies, and the saved study collection to add them back.
