I have a TICK-NYSE chart that has the "Daily OHLC" study. The Hi or Low of the day line will not draw until it is above/below zero accordingly. Eg: In the attached pic, the New low of the day doesn't start drawing until the tick is below zero. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1454285689484.png |

This is because that study is designed not to work with zero values. The TICK can have zero values in it. In version 1364 we have added a Draw Zeros Input to the Daily OHLC study.
