When I choose SC Intraday delayed price feed, should it refresh? I find that the only way to have it refresh data is to disconnect and connect. Perhaps I'm missing a setting?

Yes, you do have to reconnect to bring the charts up-to-date.

But we do plan to implement periodic updating at user-specified interval. But probably not less than every 15 minutes.
