Newby - Trying To Connect to Exchange (EUREX)

Hello Support Board

I am new at all this so your patience and help is appreciated - I do not know how to get live data for the Bund or to connect to EUREX exchange.

Steps completed so far 1) Paid SC Subscription (YES - 18 months worth)- (2)PAID Additional Services (YES - 6 Months Worth) - Now - can you please advise what steps I should be taking to get the bund on live tic by tic data. I am still showing FILE > DATA FEED as greyed out

Please confirm we have permission to activate the EUREX data feed on your account.

Also update to the latest version by following the instructions here:

Thanks for your prompt response - YES - Please activate EUREX on the account - in the meantime, I will update to the latets version as indicated

Where it says "agreement needs to be signed", click that link and complete the agreement and let us know when that is done.

The EUREX exchange has been activated on your account. There was no charge for this until the end of the month. You will be charged next month.

Can I assume (without wading through many help files) that the setting in "FILE > Data/Trade Service Settings" should be set to "SC Data All Services" as the default setting?

Yes, in your case because you are not using a trading account with Sierra Chart.

It's interesting that a recent issue (discussed with you) where I could not resolve with DOM Volume Fonts / Figures merging together disappeared when the new version of Sierra was uploaded.

I'll sign off now and (fingers crossed) I should have live Bund figures in the morning!!
