Hello Support Board I am new at all this so your patience and help is appreciated - I do not know how to get live data for the Bund or to connect to EUREX exchange. Steps completed so far 1) Paid SC Subscription (YES - 18 months worth)- (2)PAID Additional Services (YES - 6 Months Worth) - Now - can you please advise what steps I should be taking to get the bund on live tic by tic data. I am still showing FILE > DATA FEED as greyed out Thanks - Mark - PS - It is 07:45 am UK time so you are unlikely to respond npw and I have to go to work so look forward to communicating later - cheers |

Thanks Sierra Can I assume (without wading through many help files) that the setting in "FILE > Data/Trade Service Settings" should be set to "SC Data All Services" as the default setting? Cheers Mark B |

Yes, in your case because you are not using a trading account with Sierra Chart. Thanks again Sierra It's interesting that a recent issue (discussed with you) where I could not resolve with DOM Volume Fonts / Figures merging together disappeared when the new version of Sierra was uploaded.
