Missing historical data from November on

I am connected to SC Exchange Data for stocks not futures or forex, hooked up to Service Package 3 with intraday. My Data/Trade Service Settings have empty blocks of "white" blanks. I can get all of my intraday data for November till now. There are so many options in the documentation I am confused. What next to get my historical data from November.

Thanks. I do have my data now, but the Data/Trade Service Settings box below the menu drop down is blank, and the Saved DTS Configuration drop down menu is empty. I don't know if that is normal or not. My current SC version is 1354.

When Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service is set to "SC Exchange Data" or "SC Data- All Services" there will be no settings below that list.
