Hi Support
I am with AMP and CQG and the last 2 days from Cash open I am losing connection a few times. I have contacted AMP but they dont have a solution. I am not sure if it is Sierra or AMP issue. Sometimes I lose connection for a minute and sometimes reconnects. This happens many times?

That Message Log does not show a lost connection. At the time it happens, provide the Message Log and do not clear it after this happens.

Based upon this, this is a CQG server issue:
CQG WebAPI websocket (14) | Closed. No error. | 2016-01-22 16:08:39
CQG WebAPI | Network socket for websocket has been closed by remote side. | 2016-01-22 16:08:39
CQG FIX Trading | Websocket closed. | 2016-01-22 16:08:39
Connection to the external service has been lost. | 2016-01-22 16:08:39
CQG has had problems with their market data server in the last two weeks.

Reduce the number of Days to Load in this chart through Chart >> Chart Settings to avoid the above error messages.
