Hi Support I am with AMP and CQG and the last 2 days from Cash open I am losing connection a few times. I have contacted AMP but they dont have a solution. I am not sure if it is Sierra or AMP issue. Sometimes I lose connection for a minute and sometimes reconnects. This happens many times? |

That Message Log does not show a lost connection. At the time it happens, provide the Message Log and do not clear it after this happens.
