i have followed the procedures as outlined all were set correctly The problem im having is related to the "Flatten" option on the trade window It does not close out my position |

The documentation referred to explained that if you do not see the current Position on the Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Positions tab, then that is not being provided by the external service.
