Question about the drawing mechanics

For those traders that do not use time based charts, drawing a simple line, from the line tool, and extend it pass the fill space the, line shifts as new bars prints. I am simple asking if there is any chance you might consider changing the mechanics of your software so that a simple line drawn past the fill space will not shift. I have read in past threads that this is a limitation of the way non time based charts are build, but I have seen it work on other softwares.
