New spreadsheets "insert column" shifts references so they are not correct

Hi all, where can I set that "insert column" should not shift the references, so that they are still pointing to the right place? I know I could ensure that with adding the "$" everywhere, though I would like to have a general setting as I had in the old spreadsheets. |
