How to Post a Message for Support

SC won't log on toquote server

I'm using transact futures for my quotes. Using the transact quote program directly, I can log into the quotes. When I start SC, it is unable to log into the quotes. It gives me the message that target refused the connection. In suding xp and sc version 1354. My service is paid up to Jan 21, 2016. Here is the log.
