so after cme changed the 6e to half ticks my charts don't load, the dom seems to work fine, but the charts are frozen and don't show half ticks. Also, when I pull up a new chart by clicking on open intraday chart, it shows little hyphens next to each other, like price is staying at one tick for the whole time. please help.
