Hello- I am using a crossover formula (crossfromabove, crossfrombelow) for trade entry and exit. When I enter these formulas in the Spreadsheet for Trading spreadsheet, a FALSE value is returned for columns K,L,M,N. These formulas function normally in the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition. Example: =crossfromabove(id12.sg1@3, id14.sg1@3) I have tried omitting the "@3" function, to no avail. By creating a formula with "greater than (>), less than (<), autotrading functions...I would prefer using the crossfromabove/below function though. Thanks for your help. |

We are looking into this now: =crossfromabove(id12.sg1@3, id14.sg1@3)

The problem is you did not specify a range of 2 cells for each parameter. There is only a single cell for each parameter as you have it now. Refer to the "Spreadsheet Functions" documentation for an example. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
