I'm getting this message: User file is not available: JP_Collection.dll | 2016-01-07 15:49:11 *
in the message log. This is a collection of custom studies that are not working in my charts. I've checked permissions and security on the file and data folder that it is located and they seem to be fine. I'm not sure why Sierra is not making this file available.

This file is from a third party, and I should be provisioned to use that file. His name is Yonatan Lev El, a Sierra chart user. I've uploaded the file.
