Dear Sierra, we had a Short position on e-mini with the stop loss settled at 1958.75. The market did high at 1958.50, as from the chart and the tool value window, please see the screen short here. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1452187207435.png
It happened at 12.03.35. But our stop loss stttled at 1958.75 was filled. How it happened and how to avoid such experience once in real account?

Provide us the line in the Trade Activity Log showing this order fill so we can see what price triggered the stop.

Here are instructions:

With non-simulated trading, the orders will be filled by the exchange. So there is nothing to avoid to begin with.

Internet speed and latency can effect this too. Get the fastest Internet possible at your trade location. Also computer speed is another factor.
