Virus protection preventing software update

I believe that my AVAST virus protection is preventing me from updating my SierraChart version. Here is a copy of the message I get: "HTTP connection to www.sierrachart.com:80 (5) | Closed. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. | 2016-01-04 01:11:44" I am unable to use Sierra Chart, how should I proceed? Grant Meekins |
