Polynomial regression channel cause crash when chart link with studies

The following steps will reproduce the crash: - start with clean chart - link two charts together to sync the study - add fibband, then apply study - then add Polynomial regression channel, apply apply, then ok, crash I believe the problem is with the polynomial regression channel. I have fibband on studies, never crashes with chart link or not. The polynomial regression channel also cause crash when fibband is not on study list. |

Also, there is no need to use the "Apply" buttons on the chart studies windows if you intend to press the OK button immediately after. It causes unnecessary calculations.
