It does not appear intraday data per any symbols example: A6H16 [C] 5 Min #1 | Currently no data in file to display. Will start historical data download and real-time updates. File: C:\SierraChartHD\Data\A6H16.scid | 2016-01-02 11:11:50 and i see blank window... |

Since your account is through a broker, it does not have direct access to the "Sierra Chart Historical Data Service". You may have in the past but this is no longer the case.
