Hi, I am not entirely clear about this, but it appears that my SCID files are only holding a month worth of data (tick) then it disappears. I started noticing this last week when the start date for my charts seemed to get nearer and nearer the present date (about 1 month prior). For example, I opened my ES 201603 chart today and the oldest data visible on the chart is dated 2015-11-29 17:00:00, whereas last week this date was 2015-11-23, then 2015-11-24... I am guessing that there is a setting I can change to correct this? I hope so, as I consider this tick data valuable. I have gone through some of the protocols listed on your site and have not found "missing data" through the methods indicated there. I also hoped to go back to the prior contract and attach that data to the new contract for longer ranges of tick data to examine but noticed the old contract had lost much of its data as well (perhaps 2 weeks since I had started receiving data in early November). Thanks for your attention. |
