Hi, Re: Not able to access data across multiple instances of SierraChart on Win10 machine I recently installed two copies of SierraChart (one from my Broker Transact/Infinity ver 1336) and another of my own install from the SierraChart website (ver 1336; with a separate set of data subscriptions from the Transact install ) on a Win10 machine. I was hoping to get the data from my install into the Transact Instance. However I cannot pull down the other instance name under File->Find Symbol. This is the same behavior if I try on Transact instance or my own instance. Any guidance will be appreciated. Thanks SK. |
