Chart missing months

I have a specific instrument (ZB) in a specific chartbook which fails to download data between January to June 2015. Deleting and redownloading does not fix the problem. Opening a new tab/symbol does not fix the problem either. Opening the instrument in a different chartbook works fine. The data is already in the data folder.

Would you know what could be the reason?

Is this a Continuous Futures Contract chart?

Did you check the Historical Chart and Rollover Symbol Settings for this symbol:

Make sure you follow the right procedure to re-download data for all of the contract months if it is a Continuous Futures Contract chart:

Yes. On the main instance. Somehow problem disappeared after reopening Sierra. Will post back here if it happens again and doesn't go away. Txs.
