I have a specific instrument (ZB) in a specific chartbook which fails to download data between January to June 2015. Deleting and redownloading does not fix the problem. Opening a new tab/symbol does not fix the problem either. Opening the instrument in a different chartbook works fine. The data is already in the data folder. Would you know what could be the reason? Thank you |

Is this a Continuous Futures Contract chart? Did you check the Historical Chart and Rollover Symbol Settings for this symbol: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php Make sure you follow the right procedure to re-download data for all of the contract months if it is a Continuous Futures Contract chart: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html#ReDownloading Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
