In the reference document, it said that need to have over $10k in FXCM live account to connect to sierra chart. I wonder can I work with simulation FXCM account if I have over $10k in live account?

If you just want market data from FXCM or you want to do simulated trading, then follow the instructions here:
Sierra Chart Real Time and Historical Forex and CFD Data Service

There is no reason to connect directly to the FXCM account for simulated trading.

Is the simulated trading real time? I put in market order, and the price got is frequently 2 pips away. I used EUR/USD, the spread on FXCM own screen said just to be 0.4 pip spread.

Yes the simulated trading is real-time. There could be a difference with the spread between the Bid and Ask compared to the FXCM account you are comparing to.

Is there such difference with bid ask in live FXCM account?

Yes there can be because there is more than one data feed that FXCM has.

We do have another data feed for FXCM and we will see if we can provide that without using your live account. Although if you are using your live account you can select to use it.

Today, I am trying some simulation on sierra chart with forex. I put a limit buy order, and I saw the price line passed 0.5 pips below my limit price, my order still sitting there. Something wrong? will happen in real time?
