I was reading about memory leak here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails30.html#h30.31. This was prompted by testing a collection of custom studies/trading system I developed. Did not notice any issues until started accurate back test replay at high speeds was slow. Checked the working set (memory) and it does seem to steadily increase during replay. Question: While running a replay back test if there is no memory leak in my studies, is it still likely that the Working Set(Memory) will increase because the size of the arrays and vectors get larger? Yes the memory will increase. That is not unusual during a replay.
