Historical Download Fail

I can't download any intraday historical data. This is what I'm seeing.

Socket Connected
Sending historical data logon request message
DTC - Server protocol version 7. Client protocol Version 4. There is a protocol mismatch!
Error downloading historical intraday data for CLF6-Nymex. Historical data logon error: Invalid/missing data for service code: scbcd

That is not the correct symbol. Refer to this help topic about this:

I'm Pretty sure that is the correct symbol.
Might it be related to a corrupted data file which I need to delete?
I had a similar problem a while back, which I have forgot how to deal with.

That is a Rithmic symbol. It definitely is not correct.

You need to use the symbol CLF16
