Not only are we paying for this, but it is the most liquid major and major symbol in the world. Can you please tell FXCM if need be to sort this? Every single Frankfurt and London session I've had to reload the data feed.

This is the first we are aware of this. We see what you mean. There was a 15 minute interruption this morning, 2015-12-11, with the FXCM data feed. We are patching the missing data.

Part of the problem earlier today was on the FXCM side, but another issue that occurred subsequently and also apparently occurred on earlier days was one of our servers was getting apparently overwhelmed with file I/O causing some of the processes to freeze and therefore causing the data transmission to slow down or to freeze. We have to compress the Forex historical data to make it more manageable. We will be doing that over the weekend. This will solve the problem.
