Our servers are processing and transmitting market depth fine for this symbol. Reconnect to the data feed and see if you still have a problem. Also open the Market depth window through File >> Open Market Depth Window to see if there is depth there. You should also see a line in the Message Log indicating that market depth is being requested. Do you see this? Did it get rejected? Things are fine after a market data disconnect/reconnect. I did pull up a market depth window while it was happening and saw nothing. I figured that something related to the ICE US feed was busted because all my other market data feeds were fine. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-12-11 07:09:59
