stop order issue

Hi, I used CTS. I trade using market order + bracket orders attached (a stop + a limit for the take profit). This morning my stop was executed at 19 pips but it was set up at +9p. Later my stop was not executed but the price was just on the stop level for at least 5 seconds, and my stop was not filled !! Why ? It was filled 2 pip higher ! Not happy the way my stop are filled ? Please advise me what to do to better this situation ? Is a limit stop better ? |

If this is for non-simulated trading, we cannot give you any definite answer as to why you have experienced what you have experienced. We could look at the Trade >> Trade Activity Log lines for one of these orders and see what we see.
