ZigZag has the option of showing each swing length in ticks. Is it possible to put that data into a spreadsheet? Thanks.

I asked exactly the same last week - here's a link to the documentation:

are you by any chance going through Kam's 18 module course?

Cheers

Sorry, I must be doing something wrong. I do not see a column in the spreadsheet with that data.

In Inputs I have Based On: ZigZag and I have Output Additional Inputs... set to Yes. I can't figure out what else I need to do.

Got it. I didn't have "Additional Output for Spreadsheets" set to Yes. Now I've done that, it's working.

Thanks User60518 for your response. No, I'm not taking that course.

Hi,

I want to export swing high low data of zig zag line (length of zig zag line) in a spreadsheet, just as requested by the user in the post#1. The spreadsheet gave all the tick data as the output, but I am interested only in the length of the zig zag line data. I followed the steps in post #5, however, I still cannot get the data for the zig zag swing high and low.

You do need to set the Additional Output for Spreadsheets Input to Yes with the ZigZag study.

However, also refer to the documentation for that here:
Zig Zag: Additional Output for Spreadsheets

But the ZigZag Line Length only has a value at each ZigZag line end point.
