I have a question ,why can not I use Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional ,when I'm on page barchart completing a questionnaire and they consider me as Non profesional

Click on "re-sign the agreement." and make sure the questions are answered properly so you are considered a nonprofessional. You had answered them in such a way that you are considered a professional.
