Hello,

I have created my Sierra Account successfully:

Image attached: SCs_success1
Logged into SCs Package ok but then get this message:

Image attached: SCs_usage2

I have also successfully got AMP Futures demo data [CME]:

Image attached: AMP3

I wish to trail Sierra Charts and AMP Futures, can you please tell me where or what I have done wrong?
