W10 - charts not updating

Hello,

please help me with the following.

I just bought a new HP laptop with Windows 10 Home edition and I installed SC successfuly.

However charts updated to last moment when I ran SC but they are not updating live (FXCM data)?

Is there any special setting I must do?

See this picture in upper right corner (green status bar is there but no live updating of charts)

Most likely the problem is that there are missing Symbol Settings. Update the Symbol Settings as explained here:
