When SC is a server does it use this value or ignore it?

Yes it does use this value and simulated trading is supported in version 1330. In Sierra Chart, both Demo and Simulated Trade Modes are considered the same and are treated as simulated trading. |

Ok, so what if there is a mismatch between how SC is running and the client that connects. For example: 1. SC has trade simulation mode on and I send in "live" 2. SC is connected to a Transact live-live trading account and I send in Sim or Demo Does this make sense? What is expected behavior by DTC/Server in these cases? 1. Submitting an order under this condition will result in it being rejected. 2. Submitting an order under this condition will result in it being rejected, assuming Trade Simulation Mode is not enabled in Sierra Chart. Yes this does make sense because the DTC protocol server in Sierra Chart will never be allowed to override the manually set "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode" setting.
