http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1448229732562.png IB is my data provider. I am trying to create a chart of the daily Nikkei 225 Mini futures contract. I have selected the "Continuous Futures Contract - Date Rule Rollover" option, and my chart is not giving me very much historical data. It does not go back past mid September of this year. Why is this occurring? Thanks. |

To get more historical data you will need to use the Sierra Chart Historical Data service which is included with Sierra Chart service package 3. After you change to service package 3 you just need to re-download the data in the chart with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. To change your Sierra Chart service package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on "Change Service Package".
The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your usage time is adjusted. Here is an example: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1448302085166.png Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
